Your designs and orders
We use your selected map area, route coordinates, custom text, product choices and saved revisions to save your work and create previews, print files and keepsakes. We use account identifiers, email, shipping details and order records to manage purchases, deliver products, send updates, provide support and protect the service.
Stripe hosts payment entry. Our storefront does not collect or store your full card number or security code. Stripe receives purchase details, your order name and delivery information. We save your delivery details when you start checkout, including if you do not complete payment.
Routes and browser storage
GPX files are read in your browser. We save a simplified route, not the original file or its activity timestamps, health measurements or device metadata. Route coordinates still reveal locations: remove private start or finish locations before choosing the file. Names, dates and finish times entered separately are saved and may appear on your print.
Your browser stores local drafts and checkout references. An essential guest cookie reconnects you to saved work for up to 90 days. Clearing browser data can remove local drafts and guest access, but does not delete hosted records. Other people using a shared browser may see local drafts.
Private order-status links last up to 90 days. Anyone with the link can view that purchase’s products, progress and tracking, but cannot edit it or download its print files.
Services we use
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting, storage, sign-in and security. Stripe handles payments and tax calculation; Resend sends order emails and private status links; EasyPost and carriers receive delivery and parcel information. These services process the information needed to provide their part of the service.
Design and order files also go to the maker’s computer for production. We do not use cloud printing or third-party printing services. Local production files are not synced to cloud backup services.
Place searches and selected geographic areas are sent to mapping providers, including Photon/Komoot, USGS, state mapping services, OpenStreetMap/Overpass services and ESA WorldCover imagery storage. Overpass providers include maps.mail.ru, overpass.private.coffee and overpass-api.de. These requests do not include checkout information or custom lettering. Your browser also contacts USGS for map tiles; mapping services receive ordinary browser request information. Fonts are served directly from this website.
We do not sell customer information or send your map locations, routes, custom text, designs, name, email, phone or delivery address to advertisers.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
With your permission, we measure visits, product selection, design progress, preview wait times and errors, cart actions and checkout progress. We use a random browsing-session reference and coarse campaign tags to understand how people find us. We retain event-level site analytics for up to 90 days and campaign tags in your browser for up to 30 days. Purchase attribution is retained with business reporting records.
Advertising measurement is a separate optional choice. When connected and allowed, Meta may receive standard shopping events, product categories, purchase value and browser or ad-click identifiers to measure Facebook and Instagram advertising. Google Analytics, when connected and allowed, may receive similar site-usage events. These services receive ordinary network information when contacted. We exclude private design details and personal checkout fields. Global Privacy Control keeps advertising measurement off.
Choosing Essential only lets you design and shop without optional measurement. Your choice is stored for up to 180 days. You can change it below; changing your choice stops future optional collection but does not erase existing order records.
For consented Meta attribution, our server forwards browser information (IP address and user agent) with the shopping event. We retain checkout attribution identifiers for up to 30 days and pending delivery information for up to six days; confirmed delivery payloads are cleared. No Meta script reads your design workspace. Advertising identifiers expire after 30 days of inactivity. You can withdraw permission through Change privacy choices above.
To keep testing out of customer reports, consented measurement sessions may be associated with a one-way reference to the existing first-party visitor session for up to 90 days. Recognized maker browsers and owner test purchases are excluded from customer marketing figures. Internal-testing preferences stay until site data is cleared; the server's browser cookie expires after one year. This classification is kept on our site and is not sent to advertisers.
Requests and saved records
Contact crowncreekcapital@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your request and retain information needed for orders, disputes, legal obligations or security.
We do not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion schedule to saved designs or order records. These records are not automatically deleted when a cookie or status link expires. We will update this notice when our practices change.
